The platform is committed to providing high standards in security and compliance. All app users have the right to be forgotten.
There are three data deletion processes:
App Data deletion: permanently removes all app data (logs and metadata) from your app, but your account remains.
Account & All Data deletion: permanently removes your account (personal information), app data, and any identifiers.
Auto-deletion of inactive accounts. If enabled, the user app accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more, will automatically go through the Account & All Data deletion process, but will have the option to retain their account by signing into/opening the app. Note: This is a platform configuration and may not apply to all accounts. Contact your provider to enquire about account configurations.
If you would like to delete your account and delete all app data associated with your personal details, then submit a Delete Account & All Data request. Your personal data will be permanently erased and anonymised where functional data is retained.
Open the Account section of your app. Select Delete Account & All Data.
Read & Continue. On the Delete Your Account screen, read the notes and then select Continue.
Enter the 6-digit Verification Code. On the Verification screen, you will be prompted to Enter a 6-digit Code. The code will be sent to your email to authenticate the request. Retrieve the code and enter it in the spaces provided on the Verification screen.
Submit to continue.
Confirm your submission. On the Confirm Deletion screen, type the word "CONFIRM" and then select Submit. Ensure that no spaces are included.
You will be locked out of the account. To prevent any further data collection at this point, you will be signed out of the app and locked out.
Wait up to 14 days. The Completed screen will appear and confirm that the request to delete your app data has started. Each data processor will be notified and asked to complete the request within 14 days.
You will receive responses. Responses regarding your deletion request will come from the data processor(s) who confirm that they have deleted your data. In rare cases, your request may be declined (e.g. if the app provider is your employer and you are required to have an app account for operational purposes).
Your app data will be deleted. After 14 days, unless declined, your app data, account & all personal data will be deleted. Your personal data is irretrievable on the platform, and any data that remains for functional reasons is anonymised.
If you would like to keep your app account but delete any data associated with your use of the app, then you can submit a Delete App Data request. Your app data (logs) will be deleted, but your account will remain active, i.e. you retain your app account but your app data will be reset.
Open the Account section of your app. Select Delete App Data.
Read & Continue. On the Delete Your App Data screen, please read the notes and then select Continue.
Enter the 6-digit Verification Code. On the Verification screen, you will be prompted to Enter a 6-Digitd Code.
Wait up to 7 days. The Completed screen will appear and confirm that the request to delete your app data has started. The relevant data processor(s) will be notified and asked to respond within 7 days.
You will be locked out of the account. To prevent any further data collection at this point, you will be signed out of the app and locked out.

No. After submitting your request you will be locked out of the app. You will need to wait for the administrator response before you can sign in to your app account again. This could take up to seven (7) days.
You can manage how your data is collected. Some data collection is required for the app to function as intended, to provide support, to handle logs, and for integrations with other tech and services. Below is a list of data that may be collected through the app.
Personal Data. Name, age, contact details. Contact Data. Email, phone number. Location. Precise and coarse location. Functional Data. Essential session cookies, security logs, and debug data.
The app provider and data processors may be able to process your personal data. Please refer to the app's Data Privacy Policy.
Open your Account & Settings then select End-User License & Privacy.
The app provider is the primary administrator of the app who has subscribed to using the licensed platform/app technology. Examples of app providers include: the company you work for, or a company you are engaging with.
Typically, the app provider and the licensed platform reseller are regarded as data processors.
A data processor may have limited or full permission to access, view, and process your data. Data processors may access or download your personal data, app data logs, analytics, etc., for functional and operational use for as long as you retain your app account.
The app provider may assign third-party data processors (appointed providers) to access, view, and process data within the context of support, administration, integrations, and/or content development.
Follow the steps on how to delete your app account & all data, or choose to only delete your app data (if you want to reset your account).
Requests are sent to all data processors, typically including the app provider and platform technology reseller.
The app is created using a licensed technology platform. Platform resellers are mandated to operate and distribute the platform to app providers.
From Account & Settings, select Request Data. You will be presented with a snapshot of your data and logs. Select the download icon to Download Retrieved Data in JSON format.
Your personal data is irretrievable, once deleted. App data in the form of historical logs may be kept anonymised, e.g. in backend analytics, but because they are linked to a deleted account, data are "unowned" and it is thus impossible to link this data to personal details.
The platform will honour your deletion request by removing data from the app regardless of whether or not all data processors respond. Because offline or exported data may be stored locally by a data processor, the platform allows each data processor to manually confirm that they have followed data privacy regulations as per their jurisdiction and deleted your personal data from their record. Therefore, unless declined by one or more data processors, your data will automatically be removed from the app at your request.
If you have submitted a request for your data and/or account to be deleted, no further data may be collected and therefore you have been locked out of the app. If you have only requested for your app data to be deleted, then you will need to await a response before you can sign in again. This may take up to 7 days.
You can opt out of non-functional email notifications. Open Account & Settings then select Privacy Settings and navigate to Notifications.
The End-User License Agreement (EULA) is an agreement that you, the app user, agree to when using the app. The agreement is between you and the app provider. It is a fairly standard end-user agreement that covers things such as the terms of use and data privacy. If you are unsure, contact your app provider.
There are three steps that the user must take before committing to a deletion request. Reversing a request may not always be possible. Once a deletion process has been set in motion, the organisation(s) / data processor(s) may respond immediately. You can, however, contact the organisation(s) directly, reference your case number, and ask them to decline (rather than confirm and complete) your deletion request. If the organisation(s) have already completed your request, data will be permanently deleted as per the Data Privacy terms.
